On-Site Consulting (Client-Embedded)

Consultants are engaged under Techihaus employment, handling all statutory obligations, benefits, and regulatory compliance. They operate within your organizational hierarchy, reporting directly to your managers and integrating into your sprint cycles.

Dedicated Delivery Center (DDC)

Consultants operate from a managed Techihaus Delivery Center on Techihaus-provisioned, MDM-enrolled hardware within an air-gapped network perimeter. Client environment access is strictly governed through privileged access workstations (PAW) and bastion jump hosts.

  • Zero-trust access controls with session audits and telemetry
DDC Security Controls

All DDC engagements operate under a zero-trust security architecture. Client IP is accessed exclusively via a hardened, multi-layer isolation stack:

1. Endpoint Hardening All consultants operate on BitLocker-encrypted PAW endpoints under strict MDM policy with DLP controls and no local data persistence.
2. Privileged Access via Bastion Client connectivity is routed through Techihaus-managed Azure Bastion proxies with IP allowlisting and full session telemetry.
3. Identity & Access Governance MFA-enforced RBAC policies govern resource access. Code commits traverse automated SAST/DAST scan gates.

Managed Project Delivery (SOW)

Transfer full or partial solution ownership to Techihaus under a defined Statement of Work. We assume accountability for scope, quality, and on-time delivery.

Outcome-Based

When you have a defined technical initiative — a cloud transformation, platform re-architecture, or compliance remediation — Techihaus takes end-to-end ownership under a formally agreed Statement of Work (SOW).

Our Solution Architects produce a comprehensive Technical Design Document (TDD), decompose the scope into delivery increments, define acceptance criteria, and govern execution from within our ISO-aligned Delivery Center, producing fully documented, production-ready solutions.
