Terms of Service

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CRITICAL LEGAL CLAUSE: Techihaus holds absolutely zero liability for any client business loss, code defects, server downtime, or third-party trademark disputes.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHIHAUS (INCLUDING TECHIHAUS BV, TECHIHAUS INC., AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This limitation applies universally and without restriction to:

  • Any financial or business loss, operational interruptions, revenue loss, or data corruption.
  • System errors, server outages, database leaks, or deployment failures arising during SOW execution or platform consulting.
  • Intellectual property, trademark, copyright, or licensing disputes that arise from client-owned source code or configured open-source tools.

Techihaus delivers engineering configurations as-is, subject to client validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-off.

2. Intellectual Property & Reference Policy

Techihaus fully respects third-party intellectual property rights and expects its clients to do the same.

All company brand names, logos, product names, or trademarks mentioned on this website (such as Azure, GitHub, Wiz, CyberArk, Snyk) are the sole property of their respective trademark holders. Techihaus uses these names, logos, or visual marks:

  • Strictly as descriptive references to support stack compatibility definitions and showcase integration architectures.
  • Under Fair Use guidelines. Their portrayal does not constitute an endorsement, official recommendation, or joint venture.

Techihaus claims no ownership or rights over third-party trademarks. If you are a trademark owner and would like a reference adjusted or removed, please contact our legal desk at [email protected] and we will update it immediately.

3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual SOW agreements are governed by the following jurisdictions:

  • Techihaus Europe BV: Subject strictly to the laws of the Netherlands, with courts of Amsterdam holding exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Techihaus Inc.: Subject strictly to the laws of the State of Texas, United States, with courts of Austin holding exclusive jurisdiction.
