Techihaus strictly respects global data sovereignty rules. We maintain completely isolated, independent cloud storage infrastructure regions across three global zones:

• European Union (EU) Region: All European client operational data, logs, and account files are stored locally in Frankfurt (Germany) and Amsterdam (Netherlands).
• United States (US) Region: All US client operational data and logs are stored locally in East US and South Central US Azure tenants.
• Asia Region: All Asian client operational data is isolated locally in Singapore and Tokyo nodes.

Data generated or stored within a specific region stays strictly inside that geographical boundary. No cross-border file transfers or remote migrations are performed unless explicitly requested in writing by the client.

2. Compliance and On-Demand Deletion

Techihaus designs all systems to meet the highest levels of global protection standards, aligning directly with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and regional US privacy laws.

Under these regulations, you hold the absolute right to control your information:

• On-Demand Deletion (Right to Erasure): Clients can request the complete and permanent deletion of all operational data, account history, logs, and repository configurations at any time.
• Maximum Retention Limits: Operational system metrics and logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days unless a longer retention policy is contractually agreed under a specific SOW.
• Data Portability: You may request a structured export of all configuration mappings and logs associated with your account.
